SRF Team - $18-19/HR

• Shifts available:
  • (2) openings - Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm
  • (1) opening - Mon-Fri 10:00am-7:00pm
• Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of related technical industry experience to include customer service & dispatching in a call center environment
  • Worked in ticket system (preferably ServiceNow) handling 75 tickets per day
  • typing speed 50 WPM
  • Professional communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Proven ability to meet SLAs
  • Strong Attn to detail
  • Enjoys repetitive work
  • Shows consistency in job history (no job hopping)
  • Adaptable to change

• Shift available:
  • (1) opening - Either 2:00pm-11:00pm or 4:00pm-1:00am
• Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of related technical industry experience to include customer service, dispatching, - incident/break-fix support in the telecommunications, audio, and/or network connectivity products and services field. - Strongly Preferre
  • Worked in ticket system (preferably ServiceNow) handling 75 tickets per day
  • typing speed 50 WPM
  • Strong Attn to detail
  • Enjoys repetitive work
  • Shows professionalism in their communication, attitude, and appearance. - Professional communication skills (both oral and written)
