Anchor Behavioral Solutions (ABS) is seeking a licensed LCSW or LPC to join our team as a part-time IIC therapist, with the direct responsibility of completing initial biopsychosocial assessments for clients. The IIC therapist will have the flexibility of scheduling each assessment according to their availability.
ABS has been a leading NJ State-approved Behavioral Support, ABA, and Community-Based Support service provider for over five years. ABS maintains an administrative structure that allows for prompt staff support, service quality assurance, and both staff and client satisfaction. The IIC therapist must meet the following criteria:
Intensive In-Home Therapist Responsibilities:
Complete the initial intake assessment for youth who qualify for Performcare/ CSOC services.
Assess individuals needs and submit treatment plans via the Performcare Cyber system within a timely manner.
Schedule face to face assessments with each family around their availability.
Ensure each assessment consists of evidence-based practice/interventions to counsel children/adolescents per their needs.
Participate in child family team meetings as necessary.
Ability to respond to assessment requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Master's Degree or higher required
Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC (bilingual-Spanish Speaking a plus)
Driver's License and reliable transportation
Willing to travel
Dependable, creative, and enjoys helping others.
Ability to prioritize projects and great problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (Spanish, Creole, Sign Language, etc.) is a plus.
Must consent to a Criminal Background Check
Must have basic technology skills & maintain access to a mobile device or PC to complete job requirements

Part-Time (fee-for-service)
Work as many hours or as few as inclined; pay is exclusively for direct service hours, paid orientation/mandated trainings.
