OVERVIEW:
Part-time therapists at Council for Relationships are W-2, fee-for-service employees. They are highly skilled clinicians who provide exceptional clinical care, complete all documentation and administrative duties, and engage in their own caseload-building and marketing. They are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 8 clients but are welcome to see more than that. The position is flexible, and therapists are able to set their own schedules and rates. Therapists report to their Office Director and the Director of Clinical Services.
