Job Summary: The BDC/Owner Loyalty Director oversees operations within a centralized call center, focusing on leveraging customer data to drive additional sales. This role requires strategic planning, efficient data mining, and effective communication to maximize opportunities from existing customer databases.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, coach, train, counsel and monitor the performance of BDC reps
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone leads and other CRM leads
  • Manage and execute outbound phone campaign
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales forecast
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Customize targeting strategies based on individual store requirements discussed in ISM/BDC meetings.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous growth and success by adhering to Minimum Acceptable Performance Standards (MAPS).
Performance Evaluation and Support:
  • Monthly evaluation of performance against MAPS.
  • Progressive disciplinary process initiated if MAPS are consistently unmet.
  • Collaborative identification of improvement areas and provision of necessary resources for success.
Qualifications:
  • BDC leadership experience required
  • Proven experience in data analysis, customer relationship management, and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
