POSITION SUMMARY
This position is accountable for building and setting forms made of wood, metal, vinyl, and other materials in accordance with customer specifications (plans). The Form Setter drives wooden and metal stakes with a sledgehammer, and hammers or screws nails and other fasteners to secure the forms.
The incumbent must have the ability and flexibility to work varying shifts and long hours (8-12 hours). Weekend work and extra hours occur according to production needs and at the discretion of the Supervisor.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a year of experience finishing concrete structures and pier foundations, setting steel preformed forming systems, and pouring concrete is required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. In addition, the incumbent must:
