Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent computer literacy, customer service, and organizational skills.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and maintain office supplies inventory
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and office tasks
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
- Proven ability to serve as a personal assistant when required
