**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Parts Shipping & Receiving, which will also involve responsibilities as a Parts Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, preparing outgoing shipments, and delivering parts as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
2. Inspect and record all incoming parts for damages or discrepancies.
3. Organize and store parts in designated areas.
4. Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and loading.
5. Deliver parts to designated locations promptly and safely.
6. Maintain accurate records of all shipped and received parts.
7. Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
8. Assist in inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Basic computer skills for maintaining shipment records.
7. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
8. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Must be 21 or over with a valid driver's license.
