About Us-Industrial Power Truck & Equipment (IP Truck) is a premier commercial truck dealer with locations in Fort Worth, McKinney and Lewisville Texas. We provide Truck Sales, Service, Parts, Rental and Leasing as well as a full-service Body Shop to our customers in the DFW metroplex.

Front Desk Receptionist - We are hiring a front desk receptionist for our McKinney dealership. This is one of the key roles in our company. As a receptionist, you’ll interact with all our customers – so, we need someone who naturally enjoys providing world class customer service! We want a team player that likes to have fun, has an extremely high level of attention to detail, and enjoys working in a high paced dynamic environment.

Front Desk Receptionist—Job Description and Duties:

• Have fun at work!
• Greet customers as they enter the business and assist as needed.
• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Direct customer’s to correct department and team members.
• Provide world-class customer service.
• Conduct customer surveys and report results to managers.
• Work directly with management staff in daily business administrative activities.
• Schedule and Coordinate customer pickup and delivery services.
• Generate reports for Management review.
• Maintain supplies in the customer lounge and conference room daily.
• Order office supplies, coffee, water, cleaning supplies etc..
• Educate and upsell customers on the full scope of services we offer.

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Web Based platforms, ADP, CDK).

• Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Verifiable references.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass pre-employment testing to include background check.
• Pass drug test.

Requirements:

• Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Software.
• Adaptable to flexible responsibilities.
• Must type at above average speed.
