• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; includes on-call duties and potential overtime.
• Location: La Porte, TX, with approximately 50% travel primarily around the Houston area. Occasional out-of-state trips, with all travel-related expenses, including company vehicle and per diem, covered.
• Work Environment: Predominantly outdoor work in varying weather conditions and warehouse settings. Tasks may involve working in an outdoor boom lift, elevated approximately 35 feet.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, troubleshoot, and repair operational hardware and network equipment across various settings.
• Implement warehouse and building IT infrastructure, focusing on Ethernet and fiber cabling.
• Set up server rooms to ensure seamless connectivity, including the configuration of wireless networks, security cameras, and time clocks.
• Manage and issue mobile devices, oversee the MDM system, and provide troubleshooting support on mobile devices as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to efficiently manage and deploy projects, while ensuring the maintenance of technology equipment in the field.
• Utilize a variety of tools and operate man lifts safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
