JF Moran is looking for a CDL A/B Driver. Dedicated to the development of our employees and our client relations, we have become worldwide leaders in full-service customs brokerage, supply chain management, worldwide logistics, compliance, port security, foreign freight forwarding, international trade, importing, exporting, and trucking. 

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for basic maintenance and daily vehicle inspection ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

2. Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles.

3. Safely load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment.

4. Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries.

5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage and fuel usage.

6. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.

7. Verify all paperwork for accuracy, ensuring all delivery orders are signed by recipients.

8. Verify pallet and carton counts, inspect all for damage and report to dispatch.

9. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

10. Other tasks assigned by management. 

Qualifications

• Ability to safely load, unload and secure cargo.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with the team and clients. 

Education & Experience

• Highschool Diploma or GED

• Valid Class A/B CDL

• Provide or obtain TWIC clearance. 

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.

• Ability to sit and drive for up to 7 hours a day.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
