We are continuing to grow and are looking to add to our team of passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses & Registered Nurses invested in patient's care.*Responsibilities:*Qualifications:
- Cases we have available:
- 4 m/o GB/Bipap (via vent) patient available Mon-Fri 8a-5p or 9a-6p after 5/
- 6 y/o GB/Trach/HME/CPAP (at Night) patient available E/O Sat & Sun 7a-7p
- 6 y/o GJ/Bipap (via vent) patient available Fri/Sat 7a-7p & Sun 9:30a-7:00p & Sat 7p-7a
- Provide 1-1 nursing care for pediatric population 0-20.
- Monitor vital signs and providing safe and competent care.
- Ensure that plan of care is reviewed and followed for appropriate care.
- Ability to update office regarding clarification of medications, changes of condition, & medical appointments.
- Educate the family on medical care and training.
- Active LVN/LPN/RN license in the state of Texas.
- American Red Cross CPR certification required.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to train or enhance skills (enteral feedings, trach, ventilator etc.).
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds
- The ability to work in a home environment.
- EMR charting (no paper notes)
Pay$ $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
