Meridian Group Inc., a property management company specializing in affordable housing, has a 32 hours/week Property Manager opening at properties in Eagle River, WI. This position will be primarily staffed at Eagle Pines Apartments which offers 34 units of subsidized housing for seniors and families. The position also includes remote application processing for other Meridian properties located in WI. Some occasional travel may apply. The Property Manager will manage the day to day operations of the properties including, but not limited to: leasing, rent collection, section 8 certification paperwork, financials, marketing, resident relations, and daily presentation of the properties. The successful candidate's experience must include strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Property management experience preferred. Must be able to provide your own transportation. This position qualifies for our full time benefits program and competitive salary.
