Job Title: IT Manager

Department: Information Technology

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Level: $80,000-$110,000

Reports to: CFO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base within the west region. You will play a crucial role in generating new business, maximizing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. As the IT Manager will lead the IT team to help improve, maintain, and optimize essential IT operations, including essential operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives and manufacturing requirements to drive utility, productivity, and growth.
  • Lead evaluation and implementation of new technology to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
  • Oversee maintenance, security, and optimization of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or MSP to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support business needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value and ensure service quality.
  • Lead the IT function within the organization and provide guidance, training and support to other departments as well as the evolving IT department.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the security of company data and IT systems through the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT and manufacturing technology, and make recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, planning, and scheduling.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner with both internal and external customers.
  • Participate in all appropriate meetings, in-person, on-site, or remote, as defined.
  • Routinely share feedback, solutions, and ideas, including identification of training needs.
  • Execute job responsibilities in accordance with established procedures, policies, and practices as trained.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 years of progressive experience IT management roles within a manufacturing environment. Comprehensive Epicor/ Kinetic (Enterprise Resourcing Planning) experience a plus
  • Strong technical proficiency in enterprise IT systems, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and build strong relationships
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of translating business needs into actionable IT Initiatives

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities (KSA’s):

  • Ambitious and competitive, with a team-focused attitude
  • Relevant certifications - CISSP, MCP, CompTIA A , CAPM
  • Skill and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals

Working Conditions:

  • On premise w/ flexibility: 4-5 days per week on onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
