The Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team, focusing on temp-to-hire and direct hire placements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in roles that match their skills and career goals, while also meeting the needs of our clients.

The Duties:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for both temp-to-hire and direct hire positions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture to ensure a successful placement.
• Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback to both parties.
• Assist in the negotiation of job offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates, ensuring a smooth transition for temp-to-hire placements.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.

The Qualities:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or related industry.
• Proven success in temp-to-hire and direct hire placements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
