KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Prior Leadership Experience
• Mastery of GAAP accounting in a construction environment using the percentage completion method for revenue recognition is preferred.
• Experience with advanced ERP accounting software, Viewpoint Spectrum experience highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail required.
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility is required to accommodate deadlines successfully
• Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Degree in accounting required
• Minimum 7-10 years experience in accounting roles with experience in managing staff.
• Proficient Excel skills are strongly preferred
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
