Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or hospitality management, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in team and shift management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and oversee staff performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Supervise kitchen and dining room activities to ensure quality food service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies
- Train and develop team members to uphold company standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food service management and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
