Priority (www.prioritywaste.com), headquartered in Clinton Township, Michigan, provides waste hauling services. Our company has experienced rapid growth since its founding in 2018. This growth has allowed us to continually expand our workforce. The Company operates out of several facilities, including two transfer stations. Priority maintains a diversified platform providing service to both municipal solid-waste, construction, and demolition customers. Through our yellow fleet of residential, roll off, and front load trucks and containers, Priority makes the customer experience our #1 priority.

Job Purpose

In your role as Community Liaison, you will build and maintain strong relationships with members of the communities we service. This is a part-time position (under 30 hours/week).

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure communities remain satisfied with the services we provide
• Travel locally throughout communities we service; meet with points of contact for each
• Build rapport; work as liaison between corporate departments and the communities

The successful candidate profile includes:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Background in customer service
