We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sr. Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of sourcing, screening, and selecting exceptional clinicians and team members to meet the growing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate is someone who thinks creatively on how to attract talent, is passionate about the candidate experience, has a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruiting top talent.

*The target range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
