```Duties``` - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements - Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks - Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications and skills - Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability - Administer pre-employment assessments and reference checks - Create and update job descriptions and job postings on company website and external job boards - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates - Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process ```Experience``` - Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role - Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job boards - Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Lever - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Experience with cold calling and networking to source potential candidates - Proficient in using HR software systems such as ADP or Paychex for payroll or employee management purposes - Ability to research industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly - Experience managing social media platforms for recruitment purposes Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or required skills.
