Agility Personnel is Hiring a Quality Compliance Specialist Near Dakota, IL
- Ensure, review, and document all necessary paperwork as relates to quality compliance within the company.
- Ability to communicate effectively with other business units to ensure overall compliance including other areas of compliance.
- Participate in all GMP Audits.
- Participate in all internal audits and related activities including CAPAs, RCAs, and Glass brittle plastic audits.
- Assist and participate in all customer audits along with pre-visit audits, and post-audit follow-up.
- Ensure all customer specifications are being met for compliance in collaboration with the Compliance Manager.
- Maintain an active presence on the production floor/in the quality labs.
- Assist other areas of the quality department along with communicating in the reporting of food safety issues and initiating corrective action.
- Other duties as assigned.
- An associate degree or higher is preferred. Will accept experience instead of a degree.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Food and/or Beverage manufacturing – highly preferred.
