AIRES is looking for a 28 hour front office manager/receptionist/assistant for its Lakeside office. The position title is Office Coordinator.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the local management team, carrying out centralized business processes, acting as the public point of contact, and ensuring the operation and maintenance of the office. The Office Coordinator serves as an important point of contact to the managers and staff who work at our off-site locations. The Office Coordinator position is similar to a secretary and/or office manager but is more than just a desk job.

Must be at least 21 yrs. of age
Must be able to qualify as a driver under AIRES insurance
Must be able to obtain and keep Level 1 fingerprint card-we assist with this process
