About The RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced PACE operations leader who cares deeply about leading teams to redesign how we care for the most vulnerable older adults in our communities. This mission-driven, collaborative team leader brings a track record of successfully operating and growing a PACE business or similar capitated, value-based care model. This leader is accountable for an assigned market or center and will play one of the most visible leadership roles that sets the tone in how we establish our internal culture to deliver high quality care in a compliant manner. In close partnership with local clinical leadership and our national operations team, the Center Director will be responsible for leading the team to achieve clinical, quality, member experience, regulatory compliance, and financial goals for the assigned market. What's more, this is an opportunity to join myPlace Health at a unique moment in time as we grow our first market in Los Angeles – and also build capabilities that scale to serve other markets, too.

myPlace Health offers a robust compensation package for this role that includes cash compensation and other total rewards. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work and industry experience, certifications, and location of the role. Onsite roles include appropriate geographic adjustments, while remote roles are typically priced off national pay data. This role is eligible for the following: Performance-based cash bonus. 401k with Employer match Your choice of 6 medical plans, with premium coverage of up to 80% for employees and 75% for all dependents Dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability coverages PTO starting at 20 days per year; plus 12 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays per year Generous CME/CEU budget and time off, and professional development opportunities One-time stipend towards setting up your home office (for remote or hybrid roles) Family friendly policies, including paid new parent leave!

Expectations for this Role
- Partner closely with local and national clinical leadership to monitor and lead the assigned team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes, high quality care, excellent participant experience, efficient operating results, and compliant operations
- Hire, build and develop a diverse and high-performing team that works collaboratively to deliver excellent, high quality patient care
- Clearly articulate an inspiring operating and culture vision to the market, and lead by example
- Serve as the local resident expert in the myPlace Health model and PACE regulatory compliance, and lead oversight for implementing operational solutions that ensure the market is fully compliant with PACE regulations
- Oversee budget development and monitor financial performance across all parts of PACE program operations for the assigned market or center
- Identify opportunities to tailor our model to best meet the needs of the communities we serve, and leverage the unique strengths of each care team member
- Serve as a catalyst for a culture of continuous learning and improvement in a manner that further evolves and enables the care model
- Lead with a flexible, roll-up-the-sleeves mindset that generates excitement about going above and beyond to serve the needs of our participants, their caregivers, and our staff
- Passion for serving high-risk, vulnerable, and/or frail older adults
- Deep understanding of or experience leading PACE market or center, or another model that serves similar complex members/patients (e.g., Medicaid managed care, Medicare Advantage, other government sponsored health plan models)
- Model the way in how to inspire, manage, coach and mentor high performing teams that reinforce our culture and values
- Communicate confidently and persuasively to internal audiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Public Health, Gerontology or relevant field, plus an additional three to five years’ experience in a related managerial or supervisor position
