Our client, a solo attorney is seeking a Paralegal with Corporate Contracts experience to start in a temporary to hire capacity.

This position is responsible for the preparation of legal documents and providing administrative support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Drafting and revising legal documents such as leases, nondisclosure agreements, master service agreements, etc.
• Revising and editing existing agreements per company requirements
• Other projects and duties as needed.

Requirements :

• Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Excellent written, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet navigation.
• 2-3 years experience working with legal documents, contracts, and / or amendments preferably in a corporate setting

This position will start out in a REMOTE capacity about 10-20 hours per week. Eventually, the position is expected to grow into something fulltime and in office in Boca Raton, FL.

Work will need to be done during regular business hours.
