Who are we looking for?
Do you want to take your NinjaZone experience and leadership skills to the next level? Well we have the position for you! As a NinjaZone Supervisor, you will be working with coaches and other leaders to give our kiddos a fun and empowering fitness experience within our Preschool, Gymnastics, and NinjaZone programs.
Do you have experience in NinjaZone, martial arts, calisthenics, cheer, break dancing, or gymnastics? Amazing! We are ready to expand your knowledge of all things Ninja and Gymnastics as long as you bring the energy! The ideal candidate is creative, a strong communicator, passionate about learning, and desires an energetic working environment.

What to Expect

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow USAG and Arizona Sunrays guidelines
• Provide instruction, correction, and motivation for students
• Develop weekly lesson plans that encourage skill development and align with NinjaZone
• Maintain records (attendance, skill progress, move ups, etc.)
• Assist in the training and development of new coaches
• Develop positive relationships with students, guardians, and co-workers

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work afternoons and weekends
• Able to stand for hours at a time
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Passion for movement and working with children
