Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and possess expertise in various landscaping techniques and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain gardens, work with clients & manage crew to meet those needs.
- Plant, cultivate, and prune trees, shrubs, and flower installations
- adjust irrigation systems to ensure proper watering
- Conduct soil analysis and recommend appropriate fertilizers
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as dead heading, weeding, and mulching
- Collaborate with project managers on landscape design projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in garden design and maintenance
- Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to irrigate efficiently for plant health
