Job Summary:
We are seeking a Kitchen Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating and providing safe and high-quality tasting food for our guests. As a valued member of our kitchen staff, you will collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, coordinate food and beverage service, and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate food and beverage service, focusing on creating safe and high-quality tasting food.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and timely preparation of food.
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Train new team members on food safety practices and quality standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory and stocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Professional or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
