The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a National Sales Manager onsite in Pompano Beach, FL. Seeking a dynamic, high energy and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and grow a sales team across our service areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a team of account managers, providing ongoing training and mentorship to drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment. We value high energy independent judgment, discretion, and experience in Route-based Sales, preferably in customer experience-oriented services such as construction, restoration, waste, or printer sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and lead a team of account managers for B2B and B2C sales
  • Comfortable working for a fast-paced growth company
  • Create a competitive and fun sales culture within the team
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Creativity in connecting with decision-makers
  • Manage point of sale materials and inventory placement in large box home improvement stores
  • Motivated by goal achievement
  • Work with marketing to develop creative techniques to drive sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and techniques
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by building and managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor sales representatives' performance
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Finance and Economics or similar related fields. Additional experience may be substituted for degree by client.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a fast-paced and growing company
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain corporate relationships
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
PAY:
  • $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
  • Additionally includes car allowance, expense reimbursement, commissions, bonuses, and Salesforce license & training
