SRS Distribution - McKinney is Hiring a Receptionist Near Mc Kinney, TX

This role will report into our Facilities Manager and based out of our Corporate office located at:
7440 S. Hwy 121
McKinney, TX 75070
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and route incoming calls
- Greet visitors, handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person
- Manage log of Guest Security Badges
- Assist Facilities Manager
- Other projects duties as needed
- Sort and distribute USPS mail
- Assist with Shipping (FedEx/UPS/USPS)
- Manage Parking Registrations
- Assist with Meeting Prep
- Assist our Raise the Roof Foundation Executive Director as needed
The successful candidate will have the following skill sets and attributes:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- At least 2 years of reception/admin experience
- High level of professionalism - both in demeanor and appearance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in written form
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of products
- Pass background and drug screen
