• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Deck Hand or in a similar role preferred
• Basic knowledge of deck equipment and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work long hours and be away from home for extended periods of time
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Valid TWIC card and STCW certification preferred
• Must be able to obtain a Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC)
