Job Description:

The Maximo Administrator for The Threats, Targets for Testing and Training Systems (4TS) program will work with the 4TS Maximo team responsible for troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining Threat Systems Management Office’s (TSMO) Maximo and Configuration Management Systems (CMS) software applications/systems, servers, and network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Maximo administration to include user and role administration as well as experience maintaining, upgrading, developing, and configuring Maximo systems to meet customer requirements. The candidate should easily work with a team and have above average soft skills that allows them to interface with users. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work closely with team members to capture and define system requirements, develop solutions, and align system capabilities with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate, plan, and implement system improvements and new functionalities
• Assist with coordinating deployment and maintenance schedules, upgrades, and patches of the system to ensure scalability, stability, and security while minimizing down time.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex system, performance, and/or integration issues
• Involved in planning, designing, developing, and testing new enhancements and/or patches
• Provides user and role administration for Maximo and CMS
• Provides end users support to include receiving and resolving user administration requests and/or issues
• Administers and configures Maximo application workflows
• Extensive understanding of Maximo architecture
• Ensuring smooth operation, addressing any user or system issues
• Ensure security compliance and optimize performance
• Stay abreast of emerging Maximo industry trends, technologies, and standard methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive technical (hands-on) experience in Maximo administration.
• Experience in design, build, configure, and customizing Maximo applications to meet business process requirements
• Expertise on Maximo Integration Framework, object structures, and rules configurations
• Keen understanding of Purchase Order, Receiving, Work Order, Workflow, and other Maximo modules
• Proficient in File Share configuration and mount points.
• Experience with integration of external systems with Maximo, utilizing JMS, Webs services, and Rest API

• Proficient on Data Flow design, Data Mapping and Functional & Technical Documentations.
• Experience with SQL writing and report creation
• Proficient on data flow design, data mapping, and functional and technical documentation

• Strong verbal/written communications skills and ability to interact with users
• Knowledge of security standards, methods, and policies; risk and threat analysis; technical security safeguards; and operational security measures.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD a Secret level clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tool (BIRT) framework.
• Technical exposure to other Maximo industry solution add-ons like Scheduler, Maximo Mobile, etc
• Experience with Microsoft IIS and SQL servers
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers
• Experience with Maximo Adaptors for integrations to ERP systems
• Experience with multi-level security solutions
• Background in Systems Engineering and Software Engineering practices.
• ACTIVE Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain additional program-level special clearances
• Experience with commercial-off-the-shelf security technologies and trusted products

Desired Certifications:

• Security or higher, Maximo certifications
