Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Help Desk Specialist located in Cary, NC. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and delivering excellent customer support. The role will involve assisting users with technical issues, resolving problems, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
