Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Manager to oversee construction projects in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to meet project requirements
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid for project tracking
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis
- Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction management, particularly in pipeline projects
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Familiarity with industry software like ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
