Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/ Messenger at our office in Pittsburgh, PA. The Receptionist/ Messenger will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, conducting clerical duties, handling mail and deliveries, and electronic or in-person court filings and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling receptionist duties and clerical tasks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
• Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
