• Selling Cobalt, Everglades, Premier, Berkshire, Axis and Malibu boats
• Growing boat sales and market share.
• Develop, implement & execute plans targeting market opportunities to grow boat sales.
• Measure results & make changes as necessary to improve boat sales.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with all Gordy’s customers.
• Continually grow repeat and referral business

• Have regular daily communication with Sales and F&I Manager(s) to help facilitate boat sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings (by conf call) to stay current with all sales activity (sold follow-up, leads, deals WIP, etc).
• Use CRM effectively to consistently track all sold follow-up, deals WIP and prospecting to maximize opportunities.
• Plan, organize, and execute all boat sales events and shows with the rest of the sales team
• Organize and move all boat sales inventory as needed (on water, boat shows, showrooms, service, etc.)
• Maintain all sales inventory to ensure it is properly presentable to customers at all times – including uncovering/covering, cleaning, fueling, etc.
• Attend manufacturer & training seminars including other dealership visits.

• Salary & commission based on experience and negotiable
