Role:
Join our dynamic team as a part-time (10-20 hours per week for about 6 months) Construction Consultant, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of a warehouse/office space construction project on our client's mine site. Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate construction plans for compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
Assess the feasibility of construction projects, providing expert recommendations to ensure project success.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster effective communication and teamwork.
Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore) to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and provide onsite support as needed.
Communicate confidently and negotiate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address any issues and drive project success.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project planning and execution.
