The Caleb Group is Hiring a Property Manager Near Nashua, NH

The Caleb Group, a growing and mission driven nonprofit, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated property manager to serve an elderly community in Nashua. Good rapport with residents is essential and previous supervisory experience of administrative and maintenance staff is required.

Responsibilities include:

Marketing, qualifying and leasing units to applicants; turnovers and move-outs; handling rent collections and eviction actions; overseeing routine maintenance and caretaking of building and units; maintaining a well-organized office; communication with residents and resolution of complaints and issues; handling emergency situations as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable in Tenant/Landlord law
  • Ethical
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Yardi or other similar property management software

The position requires a moderate level of complexity and requires the ability to work independently. If you feel you qualify please send your resume along with a cover letter explaining your experience and credentials and state why you would be a good fit for this position.

Salary commensurate with experience. 401k with match available.
