The Landscape/Snow Foreman will supervise and coordinate crews to ensure well-maintained grounds, proper use of tools, and responsible allocation of resources. They will also assign tasks, train workers, and monitor performance. The Foreman is responsible for the installation and management of landscape projects from inception to completion. The Foreman shall assist Designers with pre-install estimating and decision making, onsite layout, and efficient and precise installation and completion of each project. The Foreman directs seasonal staff on assigned site(s) before/during/after a storm to ensure services are performed according to the contract and scope of work and are entered into our systems. The Foreman is responsible for operating a CDL A Truck.
