Job Description
A Fly-Rod Winder manually winds thread wraps on fly rods to specification. This position works off-premise (i.e. at home) and requires a time commitment of 35 hours per week after an initial two weeks of onsite training. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment. This position is paid per-piece completed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Patience with repetitive and detailed work
• Attention to detail and ability to perform with accuracy
• Experience with sewing, crafts, or other fine handwork is preferred
