Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Coordinator to join our team. The Loan Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with loan processing and ensuring the smooth flow of loan applications from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services and loan processing procedures.

Duties:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of loan applications
- Collect and review necessary documentation for loan processing
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process
- Ensure all required documents are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct credit analysis and review credit reports
- Assist with contract preparation and review
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the loan process
- Stay up-to-date on fair housing regulations and ensure compliance in all loan transactions
- Collaborate with escrow agents, title companies, and other third-party vendors

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures, underwriting guidelines, and mortgage servicing practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
