The Renaissance Companies Inc is Hiring a Part-Time Evening Receptionist Near Vista, VA
We are looking for highly organized candidate with excellent people skills for the position of a guest service representative for our fast-growing automotive dealership. Guest service representatives are responsible for providing front desk services to guests while undertaking various administrative duties.Â
Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, guests, and vendors upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Answer multi-line phone system and directing calls where appropriate, taking and delivering messages when the requested party is unable to be reached
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely manner
Guest Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Patience and good listening skills.
Must be available for work from 3:30pm until 7:30pm on Monday-Wednesday-Friday and on Saturdays from 9am until 7:30pm
Saturdays from 9am until 7:30pm
