We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the aesthetics and functionality of our grounds.

Job Summary:
As a Groundskeeper at Erdman Automotive, you will be responsible for the upkeep and beautification of our outdoor areas. This includes maintaining lawns, gardens, walkways, and parking lots to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Plant and maintain flower beds, gardens, and trees
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of outdoor areas, including parking lots and walkways
• Remove debris and litter
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to lawns and plants as necessary
• Monitor and ensure the proper irrigation of lawns and plants
• Report any issues or needs for repairs to the Facilities Manager
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a groundskeeper or in a similar role
• Knowledge of lawn care and maintenance techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
