Full Time Front Desk Receptionist needed for a busy dermatology clinic in Edmond

Monday - Friday, no weekends or major holidays

Responsibilities

• Answering/routing calls
• Checking patients in/out
• Scheduling office visits and procedures for new and existing patients
• Entering patient demographics, filing, scanning and indexing, clearing faxes and chart prep
• Managing referrals
• Open and Close schedules for physicians
• Respond to communication notes
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in a dermatology clinic preferred but not required
• Knowledge of electronic medical records system a plus
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced setting
• Must have excellent work ethic and phone etiquette
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• High School Graduate or equivalent required (GED)
