Our client in California owns numerous successful first-class bakeries and bistros and requires the talents of an experienced PASTRY CHEF who can produce European style pastries and cakes.
This progressive position reports to the Executive Pastry Chef and will closely ensure quality and productivity is maintained.
He / She must be a creative, detail-oriented and an organized individual with knowledge of pastry production. This candidate will be expected to demonstrate the ability to have mastered a wide knowledge of international pastries, fancy petit fours, breakfast items and various baked goods and is always researching new industry trends.
Salary $70,000 - $75,000 USD negotiable, plus a large number of benefits including medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, 401k matching etc.
