TopLine Financial Credit Union is looking for a full Dealer Relationship Manager to join our Corporate team in Maple Grove, MN!

Dealer Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

· Managing and developing relationships with dealerships

· Promoting financial products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction

· Dealer Relationship Manager collaborates with internal teams to streamline processes and improve services

· Maintains a good working environment which includes clear and ongoing communications.

· Performs other related duties as assigned

What does it take to be a successful Dealer Relationship Manager? 

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.

· Excellent in building and maintaining relationship with dealerships.

· Proficiency in promoting and selling financial products and services

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions

· Experience with credit union products and services

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to work effectively and independently
