Job Summary
The contractor will provide an experienced senior technical project manager to be responsible
for the end-to-end planning and implementation of digital equity internet service-related
infrastructure and deployment projects in the Office of Broadband Programs/InfrastructureModernization, including business planning, task management, scheduling, resource allocation,
execution, quality assurance and quality control, installation scheduling and resource planning,
and follow-up activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Conducting business process review meetings.
• Tracking budgeted expenditures versus actuals
• Establishing work breakdown structures.
• Writing a requirements definition document.
• Perform onsite inspections and project status.
• Reporting progress to staff and management.
• Establishing a comprehensive change management program for each completed project.
• Identifying and implementing appropriate toolsets and processes for business planning
and project implementation.
• Managing a project workgroup comprised primarily of matrix staff.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues.
