C-SUITE ASSISTANTS is Hiring a Remote Remote Executive Assistant to CEO (NYC only)

A successful, rapidly growing financial advisory firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role remote but requires an EA in the NYC area who can attend quarterly meetings in either Manhattan or Long Island City. The employees all work remotely. The CEO lives in Long Island City and would like the assistant to work in person 3 days a week for the first few weeks to get acclimated. The role is 70% business/30% personal support. The company is a tight knit group of 7 employees.

About the Job:

¨ Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

¨ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

¨ Screen incoming phone calls delivering detailed, timely messages to the appropriate parties

¨ Maintain an ever-changing calendar

¨ Keep the CEO on track

¨ Schedule internal and external meetings and follow up

¨ Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, cars, hotels, and other reservations including personal travel

¨ Vet and prioritize the CEO’s emails

¨ Process expense reports

¨ Make restaurant reservations

¨ Limited off-hour availability

About You:

¨ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related support position

¨ BA/BS from a college or university a plus

¨ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

¨ Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

¨ Polished, professional demeanor

¨ Proactive go-getter; no task is too big or too small

¨ Outstanding communication skills

Salary plus Bonus. Benefits (firm pays 80% of the individual plan), Flexible PTO, 401k with match active after 1 year, a laptop will be provided
