Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of credentialed trainers is to lead end-user training using the curriculum designed by Analytics Analyst. Duties include:
1. Preparing for class, setting up the classroom
2. Facilitating the class
3. Following up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom
4. Collecting feedback from trainees in the class
5. Communicating that information to the Analytics Analyst
Time permitting, other duties performed by credentialed trainers might include; helping Analysts update training materials, working with end users at-the-elbow to train analytics content, testing lesson plans and training environment build, facilitating study halls and user settings labs for providers or other attendees, administering end-user proficiency assessments and in-system checklists, supporting end users with at-the-elbow go-live support, administering post-live refresher, optimization, and skills-enhancement training.
Key competencies include:
Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills, experience in adult education (recommended, not required), knowledge of organizational workflows, epic reporting experience/knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for reporting, a willingness to learn, the ability to adapt to change, the ability to build rapport easily, good technical skills.
