Cascade West Veterinary Hospital is looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our wonderful team! Cascade West is a well-established mixed animal hospital located in beautiful Centralia, WA.

Ideal candidate:

• Possesses exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Possesses a positive attitude and emotional intelligence.

• Interested in learning and growing with our company.

• Ability to be flexible with scheduling which may include weekends and holidays.

• Familiar with Ezyvet practice management software is a definite plus.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a veterinary setting or a front desk position.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Greeting clients and patients.

• Handling multiple busy phone lines.

• Scheduling appointments and surgeries.

• Process transactions.

• Obtain patient histories.

• Client education.

• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of our hospital.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Computer experience is required.

• Ability to multi-task and be proactive with problem resolution suggestions.

• Critical thinking skills.

• Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.

• Close attention to detail is crucial.

• Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
