- Familiar with Ezyvet practice management software is a definite plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a veterinary setting or a front desk position.
- Greeting clients and patients.
- Handling multiple busy phone lines.
- Scheduling appointments and surgeries.
- Process transactions.
- Obtain patient histories.
- Client education.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of our hospital.
- Computer experience is required.
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive with problem resolution suggestions.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.
- Close attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
