Strong commitment to Hydes mission and family-based character education

3-5 years professional leadership experience in a school setting

Previous experience supervising and leading diverse teams and programs

Ability to work on weekends as needed

Maintain confidentiality and apply discretion in all communications and activities

BA required, Masters Degree in related field strongly preferred

Be dependable and have excellent follow-through
